Research on the Construction Mode and Application of Community Support Institutions in High-Altitude Areas Under the Rural Revitalization Strategy (Phase I) is compiled by Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. Based on national strategies such as active aging, large-scale development of the western region and rural revitalization, the report focuses on the current situation of insufficient quantity and low quality of rural elderly care service facilities in pastoral areas of the Xizang Plateau, as well as its special high-altitude climatic conditions, and innovatively creates a complete set of replicable and popularized systematic and standardized engineering construction mode for rural happiness homes. It promotes the extension of high-quality elderly care resources to the village level, fills the gap in elderly care services in plateau pastoral areas, and improves the living standards of the elderly.
